We propose a power-based unit commitment formulation with capacity and intra-hour ramp reserves for dealing wind power variability uncertainty. Although the has an hourly resolution, requirements capture excursions time duration below one hour, thus allows to consider intra-hourly This increases security of compared using more efficient scheduling units high rates. test different durations reserves, both find best reserve formulation.
